First there are no good views in market anymore, and second it seem that from a small search in the forum that this panel is a bit sketchy and too much scam calls in the threads, I would avoid it if i were you.

I would only suggest getting RAV Views, But make sure that the seller is a direct provider of the service and not a reseller of a reseller.
You can clearly see who is working directly with the provider and those that are reselling from another reseller by looking at the pricing. One of the "more known" panels on here claims to "work directly with providers" but are selling those services for like 3-4x the retail price
Most of the other views including those that JAP provides are just from shitty traffic exchanges which you can get yourself but it would help you either way.

There views are not high retention views? As far as i am concerned there are no high retention views available on any of the panels on this forum.
