the scammer is who mark the order as completed and dont want to deliver it !

lol i already said why i opened the dispute


first (life time guarantee) facebook order dropped about 20% and when i contacted you ,you said that you will not refill it !
second facebook order says completed but it didnt started in first place and i have contacted you for about 20 days to finish or cancel it and you didnt , third i already have unused 11$ balance in my account

reopen my account if you dare for screen shots of my tickets !

2-second issue #61439 ,i placed an order in 2018-02-08 , and its says completed before its started , i have contacted the support in 2018-02-14 , and until 2018-03-07 they did nothing !
about one month from my first order and they did nothing , because of that i have ordered from another place and opened the dispute

3- i was have about 11$ before the dispute , now my balance is negative

The drop occurred before or after the 60 days period ?
 
I recently open an account on JAP hoping to see good delivery speed and cheap prices, but everytime when I order IG followers, regardless of whichever server, order always takes longer than stated time to begin, currently having an order still pending after 48 hours and my customers are complaining. Please refund me in the panel, username hanselxav

This is correct
This is due to the recent IG update which affected IG followers badly
Please give us the order id so we can help yoh out!

The order is still pending.

Please note that I have moved from another panel to yours because they have problems and the fact that I am facing the same problems with your panel:
1- Orders doesn't start on time.
2- A lot of orders doesn't start at all, get cancelled or end as partial. There isn't any single completed order!
3- Your support do nothing but keep asking me to wait, and in the end the order get canceled anyway!

it's either not added for days or when it is added they over deliver by 8 times!!!!

The problem is i lost the client and money for Retweets. I dont have more clients for RTs. But i tried your instagram service for followers,

It was 500 followers drip feed 100 per instance for 5 times.

You sent 850 followers instead of 500, Then in a weeks time 250 followers just vanished. You need to understand that clients have specific needs. 500 followers means 500 not 850. Over delivering is good but not if your followers drop at the rate of 40 a day. This is creating a negative impact on client and again he's not ordering. I would request you to refund my money to paypal. Other panels are working and they even offer refund to the source with no questions asked. Otherwise i have a client who wants instagram mentions today. if you reply back soon with the guarantee that this service will not have any issues, i can go ahead with ordering you. But its a very premium client and i cant afford to lose him. If you think there's a tiny chance of your service failing, i don't want to go ahead with you then
 
JAP is looting us now :(

I ordered this almost 2 months ago,
And it completed just 3 days before!
And order dropped totally to 0

And they guys are saying that 'refill period is over now'

Wtf? What's my fault? It was your failf you completed it just 3 days ago and saying that refill period is over?
I want refund for this :(

As stated it was showing speed 1k/day!
Bt it was just 100-200 likes/day.
I askda them to boost the order but they failed to do it!
Then i requested to cancel this order as xlienc ordered from some other vendor!

But they are not refunding money for that also :(

I'm totally fed up by creating ticket again and again but getting no result!

I lost 3-4 important clients just because of JAP!
Now i'm thinking to switch another cheap and good panel( like JAP was) but no one is good :(
