No they are not.
I purchased one of their service yesterday...and it didn't work.
 
Same as other popular panels. Youtube services are trash these days, regardless of panel. :(
 
I would stay away from that panel.

That's not true at all. You just have to avoid the panel that's 5th down the chain in API calls that's a direct mirror of the victor panel script API that all the "sources" use. I will say that all YouTube subscriber services are trash right now, but the others are working just fine if you buy from providers.
 
Their youtube and facebook is utter trash stay away
 
Trust me, it's a terrible service. No matter how much their services cost, they are all of terrible quality.
I tried about 3-4 services, they are all bad but this is the worst
 
SMgarden was the only views provider i ever used. they delivered as promised and it didnt drop. i only ever used them twice. try them.

+1 just anotherpanel is rubbish. Been trying to order for a week now. Stay clear.
 
I don't recommend you it, it have drop issues and the retention is very low
 
I guess all panels have issues. Try search and try more and compare them with what you have tried and stay with the best.
 
Asked support a question before using their service and they were complete assholes, would not even use them based off of that.

I will not make money for people that treat others like crap when they are going to be making them money.
 
JAP Is absolute rubbish. They will deliver terribly. Never commit to refills and f up you relationships with clients. Been there. Buyers beware
