There are way too many listings for Ebay staff to monitor so listings such as these filter through, it's just a game of pure luck.

For the last 4 months I was selling an item on Ebay which was against their rules, someone reported me yesterday and my account is now suspended for 30 days, but I made $1,085 in 4 months, the great part about this was that the item I was selling cost me $0.00:)

Yeah, there's a lot of scrutiny of branded products going on in Ebay at the moment plus I read somewhere that Louis Vuitton were also taking Ebay to court for allowing replicas to be sold on their site!.
