Just wondering, how the user rank system works?

Just wondering, how the user rank system works? I thought that after 50 posts or something I'd move on from "Newbies" rank to the next one. Any idea how things work here?

You just concentrate on delivering good posts bro....dont worry about the rank system it doesnt matter.
