Lmao man I am 32. I grew up on comics. When I was a kid I wanted to marry Thor, Wolverine and Batman. Had serious crushes on them.
My dad is in his 50s and he still loves superhero stuff. He plays video games and we watch cartoons together.
He played with us when we were kids. He taught us to play sports, games, bake, cook, do chores and he still spends time with us now.
I'm actually glad my dad is still a giant kid. I wouldn't be happy if my life were super serious all the time. He was the one that taught me to take it easy and enjoy life.
Dads mean fun. Moms mean business.

Oh no mistake. They're all jerks. Captain America is a jerk for putting Bucky before the good of mankind. Hulk is a jerk bc...I mean well look at him. Tony is a grade A asshole. I love Tony. He's my fave.
Thor is a spoiled brat, Widow is just mad bc she can't have kids and Hawkeye is just an arrogant jackass. Scarlet Witch has no personality, Ant Man is a tool and that other guy is totally forgettable.
Spider-man is a nobody, Black Panther can't function in the real world and Daredevil has daddy issues. Luke Cage and Iron Fist both have PTSD, but Iron Fist still has the mind of a child trapped in an adult's body.
Let's not get started on the Guardians of the Galaxy. That freaking Rocket...I love Rocket.
The only one who isn't a jerk is Vision and that's bc he's not exactly human.

I actually like Spider-man. I remember the cartoon from when I was a kid. But dude, come on. There's like a hundred other superheroes better than him. He's mostly just comic relief.
I guess it depends on what you mean by "nobody" and what you mean by "better". As for the comics when we were kids the Guardians were nobodies, barely anyone read those comics while everyone read Spiderman, they were nobodies until the movie came out, now they are awesome. We have had some really bad Spiderman cimematic adaptations.
As far as them being better do you mean more powerful? or likeable? or just not your personal favorite vs. the ones that are? I guess in that sense, the scope of battles that spiderman has been in as far as the movies are concerned, which are mostly protecting his loved ones and criminals in New York. As opposed to the Avengers who are stopping alien races from overrunning our world, the Guardians saving the galaxy, or Dr. Strange being the single barrier between our world and the demonic world, yes I would agree his adventures in comparison seem a bit lackluster, however, this is only the result of Sony owning the cinematic version of the character and poorly made movies, in reality the comic version is much more powerful than his cinematic counterpart and has worked with virtually everyone.

I always thought the spiderman comics had a way deeper and branched story than lets say iron man or hulk or any of those others who are a lot more superficial
Spiderman actually evolves throughout the comic as an actual character that grows mentally and is affected by the continuum unlike the others who have more standalone stories that are vaguely intertwined with some references to older stories
