Hey guys , just found a product to promote and I'm going to do it through Twitter at the start , can anyone recommend and twitter bots or programs you use?

Try to use Tweepi for finding people who are recently active in less than 24 hours and particular niches. You can use few Twitter accounts in one Tweepi account for different niches in promoting CB products.
