No. There are plenty of plugin available that can create a Amazon product site within minutes. Check Amazonian, WP Robot etc.

Isn't the commission only 10%? sounds pretty low.

Actually it's only 4% when you start, then it goes up as you sell stuff. Depending on how much volume your doing, you usually end somewhere around 6.5% - 8%. It's amazon though man. People be buying on amazon. Especially with the holidays coming up. Probably the best conversion rates around overall.
