just started a blog...now what?

I don't know what got in me last night but I managed to buy the domain expensivetextbooksDOTcalm. I got a wordpress blog going (I have 2 posts) and adsense won't approve it...wtf?

I'm new to all this and don't understand to be honest..if anyone can dumb it down a little it'd be greatly appreciated.

There are all kinds of tips in the stickies and all over the forums. I suggest you take some time to read some threads. One thing I can say is make sure your post and pages are Search Engine Friendly. You can install SeoProcessor for wordpress as a plugin.

I was looking for stickies and other content so I did not have to create the thread.
I will continue looking and install that plugin

I didn't know what the hell i was doing and signed up for a blogger.com blog first of all. then adsense. they approved me really quickly. maybe try a blogspot.com one first to get approved?
 
Don't expect to get approved for AdSense when applying with an autoblog, even worse every one of your posts says posted by [email protected] next to it.

If you just randomly bought that domain and installed a blog, without any market/niche/keyword research, then you REALLY haven't spent enough time reading quality posts here....

Just setting everything in Auto will eventually send you to hell in Auto mode :P

Search this awesome forum with your query kewords to get better results! For example: If you have a query of "How will I submit my blog to Google?" you can search like this(without quotes) - Blog Submit, Submit to Google, Blog Submission, etc.

Wish U Good Luck in the near term and once you get that Adsense approved.. preserve it ;)
