This isn't true. The inspection period is mutually agreed before starting the Escrow process and is rarely 14 days. I use 3 days for most sites. If a buyer decides to "cancel the deal" they have to return the domain/site to you and then pay Escrow fees. I've completed at least 100 deals through Escrow.com and only had one issue... and that's because the buyer was an idiot and my contract wording wasn't tight enough.
 
Yes I believe it is real as that was what i did too for my local area biz. Loca biz sites are moreeasy to rank. There are literally hundred, if not, thousand of biz arund you. Just pick some easy to rank biz keywords ard you and start building them and sell for a profit like OP did. Dont have to design a prefect good looking theme, afterall omce it is bought over, the buyer will either revamp them all or redirect to their main site. Also I did offer some minor backlinking work for them too. Just mix n match some BST here n every mth you just send the backliks reportto them. It works.

I must reply now. I read BHW and stumble on this thread... And said OK... And 1 minute after that i found out that one of GOOGLE apps is remaked and developed from independent developer. And I have ex-google domain.
EMD of that app!!!
I contacted developers ASAP and lets see what`s gonna happen..
I am excited....!
