Just when I thought I've seen all types of email spams/scams. This one is just... So low, if it's not legit, of course (then again, how is it legit).
To scam others to give you bitcoin is one thing. But to also exploit an ongoing crisis when real people are suffering over there? Wow. Hope Karma will bite their a** soon.
Edit: just creating this thread to spread awareness. Let's not get political.
To those who think is legit, think about it for one moment...
- Someone in an UN shelter taking refuge has the time to use a contact form spambot to blast to many webmasters to donate to a bitcoin wallet?
- In the message, suddenly they are from different countries of Czech and Austria? What?
- Donate $3 worth of bitcoin to your personal BTC wallet? And after sending the same message to many webmasters other than me? Why not to the official Ukraine's official crypto wallets or help organizations?
- And, most obvious of all, they have the time to create an email address that has misspellings just to send out this message? Why not from their personal email since they are also giving out their personal BTC wallet address?
