Hey all.
I just received my first copy right strike.
But I believe it was a mistake since I did not use any of copy righted material for that video.
So I filed counter-claim and it said it will take up to 10 days for the decision.
I believe that I can get that video back since I didn't use the copy righted material.
But for the argument's sake, let's assume that my counter-action was denied.
If so, will I get punished for taking a counter-action?
I heard that when you do 'counter-claim' and it was denied then Youtube takes a punishment measures on you.
Is this true?
Thanks for your time!
