Just purchased FollowLiker - It will NOT WORK

    I just purchased FollowLiker, added my account and every time I try to start it, I keep getting this error:

    What can I do to fix this?

    The error message is small in the image so here's the error I'm receiving:

    Status: Server Indentifier Error. Check your internet connection. You may also need to close and restart software.

    Do they have a support email? Ask them, you will get a better response.

    Not looking to wait the 1-2 days it's going to take for support to answer me. Just spent almost $70 on this, I wanted to install it and begin using it.

    You should atleast email support before asking here. Sometimes they respond fast...I just really doubt someone will know the answer too this, but if they do, help the OP out. Still, email their support.

    What makes you think anyone but support can fix this for you?

    Ask their support team and I am sure they will be glad to help you.

    I have no hand in this program so I don't know it but just by looking at this error it could easily be a 500 error meaning that it is the server (as in Instagram's servers) having issues and not something even related to the program (again just guessing you will have to contact support to be sure)

    MODS - Please delete this post.

    I figured out what the issue was and FollowLiker is now running perfectly. I want this thread to be deleted because it could look like a bad review on FollowLiker or give the software a bad image when it's working properly.

    How did you solve this problem? I have had this for 3 days and Support is suuuuper slow on responding.. First suggestion was to restart and that was suggested yesterday..

    And don't delete the thread, adding the solution is more helpful..

    Yes, why not just post the solution that worked for you instead of asking the mods to delete this thread. I'm pretty sure other FL users will benefit from this as well.

    Truly it would be most beneficial if you did post the solution rather than deleting the thread. Plenty of times I had a question to ask I would create a thread, and then when nobody was able to resolve my queries I would eventually find my own solution just as you appear to have done here.

    However, it's reasonable to assume one's problem could easily happen to others so as a courtesy I have always posted my solutions as well. It would be awesome if you did the same.

    Based on your error I'm guessing you configured your proxy incorrectly and resolved it by correcting that error either within your actual browser settings, or within the account settings for the effected account in followliker. Is that correct, or if not - how did you resolve this challenge?

    gturban - your proxy settings are likely incorrect within the followliker account setup or in the proxies section of the FL software. Proxies must be in the correct format as demonstrated in the FL guide. IP:pORT:USERNAME:pASSWORD ... you probably have a semi-colon ";" somewhere instead of a colon. This error might also be caused by having the proxy incorrectly set in your browser itself, but this is far less likely than a direct PROXY input error within followliker.

    Supports general recommendations will include: remove and reinstall, check firewall settings, did your AV(anti-virus - for example AVAST can be quite aggressive in blocking things created with Ubot Studio) block these connections? If so, open the virus chest and add appropriate exceptions to firewall and AV. Check your internet connection, and ensure all appropriate ports are opened. Try the EMAIL test using a Pop3 enabled email account to see if FL connects to the internet that way. If it does, you KNOW something is wrong with your account entry information. Anyway ... one of those solutions should work for you, but honestly you probably typed the proxy wrong ... it's also possible that is just 1 bad proxy, so be sure to try another perhaps.

    Thank you for all this helpful information! Because of these issues I tried without using a proxy at first, leaving the space for proxy empty.
    I tried to install on a different computer and I'm now getting a "This license can only be used on one computer. Click here to reset." When I click it comes with another error in the browser window that opens. "ERROR: 005 - License cannot be reset. Pleas try again later"

    I have disabled firewall on the computer and there is no virus software installed.

    Am I missing something here?

    Followliker support solved my problem, not sure how, but it works great now.
