Hello BHW. A company I got into contact have offered me a chance to become the host of their youtube channel videos.
Kinda like RayWilliamJohnson where there will be fails and stuff and I kinda make puns and try make it funny but proffessional.
It's not like it will be bad quality as I have all the equipment. Green screen, two softbox lights, HD camera (decent it was $400) and a tripod.
Now the channel has ALOT of subscribers. And I mean it would be really big. (I would never link the channel itself)
But they want a re brand and want this as its new ect.
Okay back to me. I want to become popular on youtube Like Shane Dawson, iJustin. But by being myself.
Usually I had to rely on making viral videos to earn a living.
I was wondering would it be a good idea for someone like me to agree to a contract and do this.
It will help me be able to promote my own channel, facebook, twitter and will give me the chance to reach to a massive audience and help me create
a targeted fan base of people who will subscribe to my stuff because they like me.
This is a one in a million chance and should i go for it? Even tho there will be alot of hours put into it and the worry of deadlines ect. Not to mention a lower pay that im used to. Will something like this be worth it in the end?
The channel has 600,000 subscribers.
Thanks very much
