You have a ton of reading to do, also loopline has some sweet youtube tutorials on scrapebox. I would recommend just reading the forum, scrapebox takes a minute to learn the basic functionality.

Bro you can't buy softwares if you don't know for what are you going to use.

Anyway, if you want to start SEO, scrapebox if one of the tools that you must have on your computer.

You can start building lists for GSA for example.

You can start learning how to use scrapebox for the features that it supports as opposed to how you can rank a site with it. Spend a good amount of time learning how you can rank on Google, there are various threads right on this forum.
