Kindly tell, how do cpa networks track down, leads, clicks,....do they like do a background check on how the offer was transferred from one party to another...details and all?...e.g in email marketing, how the message was executed in turn to make the user interested in clicking and following through the whole procedure...or just the clicking factor.?...clueless here. Will appreciate the input.

It will vary depending on the network. They track with cookies, pixels, and I'm sure have access to the referers. Probably other methods as well. If you are going to be promoting with a method that violates their TOS, URL shortner->301->offer to blank the original referer. If you TELL them you are doing email marketing, I believe some will ask how you get your mailing list and want to see the copy you are sending (verify it isn't incent traffic).
