Just need a little help guys

I really enjoy film so I decided to go for a movie blog, but the problem that remains is acquiring pictures to use. I know their are paid and free stock image photography sites, but the kind of pictures I need are of Actors and movie posters. I'm afraid that if I use pictures of famous actors, and recent movie posters I might get sued for copyright infringement or get my blog banned. If you guys can offer me any suggestions or advice I would be really be grateful.

Hire your own actors.

Why don't you try using images scraped from tumblr or similar? these pictures for the most part are pictures that people actually took and uploaded.

What the fuck are you even talking about? And the 2 you mentioned had equally confusing responses.

At OP.... If you are not using the images as your actual monetization method and only need them to make your blog more interesting and user friendly. Why not use something like flickr, photobucket, or other image sites to host those images? You are not responsible as they are actually hosted on another site and they should be responsible for any legal stuff.

Make some stealth flickr accounts and upload away... put a disclaimer in your privacy policy or T.O.S. that the images are not owned by you and are from external sites and that you are not responsible.

Oh and last but not least... Do this at your own risk because I am just pulling this out of my ass. Robert Dinero may have a lawyer that will crush any defense that you have and sue you for 10 million dollars.... Otherwise: Puresalt and deanne.lively are right you can just here that you want. Whatever the fuck that means!

this could be the best choice and you can also go on with an agreement where you may hold their copyrights for their pictures and you can make money by selling it to others....!

There are many sources you can use images for free but you'll need to place a link back to their website and mention the source of those images, below is list of websites that allow to use them for free or with a backlink but (make sure you read their TOS before you do to avoid such issues in the future)

Yeah, Of Course. You are right! @ Op, Just follow their TOS and do the things accordingly...You will not get ban for sure...
