I am trying to get a facebook page up to 10k fans.

That's all I need.

Word on the street is that they cost 0.01 per fan.. So that'll be $10 per 10k.

Can anyone do this for me?

AH!, might off got the maths wrong.. a guy offered to do it for $18 about 5 or 6 hours ago.. though I didn't take him up on the offer.

Yeah real price is around 5cent per Fan. So for a 10k group it would cost you around $500. See if you choose to go with the smaller offers you are likely to get 10k fake accounts. 10k fake fans are not much of a point are they?
