Just made my first dollar (=

Yoyoyo i just made my first dollar (haha) on *iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost.

I've been on this forum for like 1,5 years but never taken any real actions. About 1 month ago i started learning some HTML, CSS and a bit MySQL.

2 weeks ago i started bulding a fake BETA website and started collecting emails. Now i have over 1000 emails but i wanted my revenue NOW.

So two days ago i put the content lock on the website. Got one lead the first day and two leads the second. None today, sadly.

Im getting about 40 visits per day. 90% from G00gle. If i get lucky it gets boosted to 100-300 visitors if i or someone else makes a forum post.
But the post often gets taken down within a few hours or a day tops.


I know one dollar is NOTHING. But its progress! I've spent about 100 dollars on this and two other projects that failed. I hope that i go + $$$

Any tips? What to do with my all the emails? If you want the website (dont know if im allowed to post it here, PM me!)

More power to you! 40 visits is a nice start. Might I suggest you build some subpages with unique content and name them:

long-tail-keyword-here

THen blast away

Congratz for your first success! You are correct, the progress is important. Now you have to scale it up. You can collect more emails and use them to promote different products or services. Also you can invest a little but money (or do it manually) in link building, so you can get 200-300 uv/daily. Once you get a lot of visitors, you can create another website and double/triple your current income. Good luck!

Congratulations Youmote...do you collect those emails from your website or elsewhere? If these are niche-targeted emails, you could promote affiliate products in the niche after giving out a couple of handy information on the subject. Mailchimp has a free mass emailing feature for upto 2000 subscribers and 12,000 emails a month. You can easily import your email list with the click of a button. Pretty neat.
