not convinced. I dont think its virtually possible to rank #1 in google in hours. I have been in WH and now BH for quite some time and had the chance of getting to hear REAL gurus and even google experts talking about about algorithm coupled with probability and chance of getting the #1 spot for a certain keyword, and there is NOT a single history and possibility that it happened or it can happen. The most shortest time so far I know is 2-3 weeks - this depends of course on alot of factors and circumstances
Anthony's method maybe the ones I read and never had the chance to try since im in doubt. This is ranking #1 in google using onlywire.com or co-op method
I heard someone ranked #1 after 3 day using the onlywire method
But of course I can only speculate

Hey guys, I'm just a noob, but I think #1 on Google in 6 hours is definitely possible. I have had experience getting #1 or close in 12-24 hrs.
This is all based on my limited experience as a noob, so take it with a grain of salt.
He did not specify the conditions of his #1 ranking, but here is an example of how it can work. This does not work with an arbitrary webpage or keyword term. This is all white hat, so I'm sure some black hat tricks would make it even better.
First of all, it depends on your competition. For ~100,000 results or less for your search term in quotes, you can probably get on the first page, and even #1 spot if there are no high SEO-optimized pagerank competitors.
You can use content generation sites with high pagerank, such as squidoo, youtube, etc.
Also, social networking sites like digg get indexed insanely fast. I have gotten my digg link #1, and my squidoo site on the front page below it in < 24 hours.
Just use some basic SEO in creating your page, and then use social bookmarks, and video sites to get backlinks/indexed.
Again, I am a total noob, but this is white hat stuff I have tried before, and it works.

It can happen...I mean i've seen others do it within a couple of hours...of course it all falls with keywords you use...the secret is to use a keword that
only gets searched for about 100-450 times a day...any more than that
and you will most likely have a way harder time getting to the top.
but once your there its easy to keep it maintained.

exactly!!! But my POINT is using highly competitive keywords
Because I can surely make site rank high in 1 day just by using the onlywire method if we're only talking about very low-profile keyword
Therefore, this is not blackhat at all

I dont recall saying that this was blackhat...
and as far as high competitive keywords...its still pretty easy
for some people...it might take up to a day or two but
you will definitly get on the first page google...and it might
cost you about $400/month..all you have to do is "spy"
on your competition..and boom

spying on other peoples keywords...(and no im not talking about keyword elite or what ever its called)....lets say your an affiliate for ebay...well you would
want to spy on a company such as best buy or walmart cus everything
those companies sell.....ebay sells....and they have a huge list
of keywords...like over 50,000..

But I feel like a lot of people here. If this forum has given you so much, why not give back? We all read others' methods and learn from them. Eventually we develop our own style and techniques. It's then time to contribute and help the new noobs who joined this forum (we were all noobs at a certain time)...
And no, I don't think you can label other members as haters or people who just want to be spoon-fed. It's just the very nature of an online community. Share, share and then share again.

I have done this in the past where i have had a network of sites within a niche and provide leverage to a new site within that niche. If you are getting leverage from other sites that are not relevant to your site it is highly unlikely that top rank will last long.

I am certain that you worked quite hard to figure out the method. And smitty is right. If it is a unique, workable method with a relatively long "shelf life", you could wrap it up in an ebook. If you need someone to help in authoring it, I would be glad to help.
