Poor ones choose Bali or Chiang Mai, while the people making good money choose Bangkok, Phuket, or Koh Samui.
The ones making A SHIT TON of money choose Singapore and just fly around Asia every weekend.
Sometimes I'd just fly to Phuket or Manila for two days and it doesn't take more than 6-8 hours of traveling from door to door.

I hated Dubai, even though I was there only for a couple of days.
Glitzy (at times), nothing going on, shopping is the hightlight of the day.
There is more to life than saving taxes.
