Hello,

I've been an intermittent lurker of this forum for a while. Decided to officially join and make it a habit to frequently visit and read to learn new things.

I'm interested in learning everything about effective lead generation, and maybe create a micro-SaaS around it or start a lead gen business -- can't decide which yet.

Also, to find people who I can team up with in the far future once I'm comfortable with my skill level.

As for the username, decided to use it to continually remind myself to use "wu wei" (strategy of non-forcing).

I hope I can contribute alot to the community in the near future.

Hello, was thinking of doing high ticket real estate. Or any other niche that could still thrive in another future recession. Haven't really brainstormed and explored that much yet.

lol the phrase was based on daoist principle of not trying to force but letting things flow.

More on performance based lead contract (i think that was the right term? i'm confused too) still learning things on my free time at the moment.
