Just Joined CPA AdscendMedia (Some Noob Questions)

Hello BHW members,

I am new in CPA and I just been accepted on AdscendMedia.
After reading official posts, I have still some questions :

1) When I received the confirmation email, they told me to contact my affiliate manager to get in touch with him.
Do I really contact him and introduce myself ?

2) To blank my referrer I use Referer.us then I short URL via Isgd.
This simple method is safe ?

3) I started to promote offers (since few days) via :

• Scrapebox blog comments
• Forum posts
• Forum PMs
• Email campaign (slightly spam)
• YouTube videos (locked files to download)

One of these methods are they bad ?
Am I all wrong ? (My results are still too light to judge)

1) You don't necessarily HAVE TO, an AM is there to help you. If you feel like you don't need his help or this isn't going to be the main network you promote, I wouldn't bother. If it IS the main network you're going to promote, it's a good idea to get to be their friend, get on their good side. In turn they'll update you with premium offers, can possibly get you a higher payout on the offer based on the quality of your traffic. In the end, there's really no downside in getting to know your AM.

3) As long as they are all going to a landing page and the link to the offers are blanked it should be OK.

About the landing page, why it's so important ?
The link from LANDING PAGE --> OFFER needs to be hidden ?

Because I thought just use my short links with referrer hidden...

Actually now that I think about it that's not necessary either haha. I've just gotten to the habit of blanking the referrer on my landing page. I don't like my campaigns to be exposed

Ok, I understand.

I use my AdscendMedia link to offer like :

adscendmedia/click.php?aff=12345&camp=1234&crt=45678&sid=

Then shorten and published.

Is it bad ? Risky ?
