    I understand and have used the listed tools, however, these two tools:

    HTTP Live Headers;
    Shows connections, redirects etc.

    RefControl;
    Allows you to fake the referring URL.

    May I ask what is the use of the above two add ons, I've searched google and read what it is they do. I understand HTTP Live Headers displays the headers of a website, and refControl allows you to spoof where it is you've come from (the site before) but could someone please give me a working example in terms of SEO (black or white hat) on how either or both these tools are used in work or browsing, and to what degree ie. Usefulness of the data.

    Thanks soo much
