Just HIT PR4 For my Domain

Hello guys ! I just hit PR4 At one of my Domains. The problem is that the website is ranking number 31 and 6 in google for a 20k Monthly Searches Keyword and a 3000 Monthly Searches Keyword. If the website has PR4 and I would create some Backlinks to it ( Social Bookmarks and Web 2.0 ) , the chance for the site to rank better in google would be higher ? I mean...Because of the PR4 Domain ?

Also , How much value a PR4 Domain Has ? (If I want to sell it)

pr doesnt mean a jack, just continue doing your backlinks, I have site with pr 0 previously ranking better than site with pr 4. Just some shit google threw out to make some dumb webmaster thinks they doing the right job haha.

Lol!!! PR's got nothing to do with ranking. Focus on the keywords and onpage/offpage seo.
In terms of value PR4 is quite good, so you could either sell links or articles to make some extra money.

PR gives the authority, but google takes probably 200+ factors to determine rankings. This is why you'll see sites with lower or completly without the PR to outrank high PR site.I'm on mobile right now and cannot check, was there an google pr update or this site is an exception?

Keep building backlinks, if you want to get higher rankings.
PR had a huge part in rankings Years...maybe a decade ago, but now it has almost no importance.
The price of a PR4 domain depends on niche,content, etc...
