erm...excuse my ignorance here, but whats JV? Some website? And why would that make me look like a scammer?

I'd like to donate, but I can only find one that requires me to be signed up on here for 60 days and have 100 posts, of which I'm neither, so I'll have to wait.

Just did a little research to see if I could find out any of your sites for inspiration!!

No joy but did see you have two nice cars.

These threads ends up being scamming threads cause after thread creator has semi-convinced readers, they releases possibility to do co-op with thread creator, joint venture = JV.

Thread creator will ask huge investment from willing people and will dissappear with the money.

This is something that has been going on for some time in here, so people dont look kindly at these kind of threads where people say (those who has joined like last week) that they make thousands a day and will do 10k next week because they are so cool and awesome :rolleyes:


But good for you and congrats for doing big money in short time if it is for reals! rinse and repeat your process!

Oh hahaha, thats only half my collection :)

I'm quite happy to share nearly everything of what I do for inspiration, except for my main method.
I'm positive that its pretty unique, but the problem with it is that it leaves little room for "competitors" and would saturate very quickly leaving everyone doing it with nada! That fact further tells me that theres very few doing it, or I wouldnt make anything.

Ahh I see, JV = Joint Venture, thanks for clearing that up, tho, I should of figured that one out.....I blame it on lack of coffee, I'm only on the 2nd of my usual 3 wake up coffee's :D

I won't be asking for a JV, no need to, was suckered myself many years ago into a JV, not IM, but actually business and was scammed out of a large amount of money. JV's rarely work, in anything.
 
Well I'm glad I didn't see the other cars they will make my fiesta look like a fred flinstone car haha.

Its in Google Labs, so its free to download and use. Lots of docs and tuts on the web how to use it too.

Being UK based right now myself, and considering you're white hat. I imagine you're running as a ltd. or sole trader? What's your tax like?

If you're not set up like that then I guess just ignore that question and know that i'm obscenely jealous!

I've got a couple of actual companies that are "bricks and mortar businesses" that I own and run along side this. Basically I pipe all the income from the IM through them and just take the hit on corp tax as per anyone else would have to.

From a tax stand point this is much better as of course the varying tiers for corp tax are much higher than for personal tax. Corp tax is 22% up to around 300k, where as if I was a sole trader or running this personally I would get hit with 40% tax at 40k and 50% tax at 115k.

Passing it through the companies means that I only get taxed at ~22% and I and my wife then pull dividends which I dont have to pay tax on.

So, essentially, my tax on these earning is ~22%

I got into IM as these companies are matured enough that they just run with little input from me, I was 'bored' and got curious about IM. I've done pretty much everything else relating to technology/computers etc except IM, so thought I'd have a crack at it.

Thanks for the response. I own majority share in and run my own business too, as a Ltd. company and i've been thinking about what to do with ever increasing IM revenue, so I think i'll definitely do the same.

No worries, one other point, depending on the kind of turnover your business is making, and the level of IM revenue you are generating, VAT may become a bit of a sticking point.

If your actual business is creating enough revenue and turnover there are legal ways to absorb the VAT that you should be charging on the IM revenues so that it has no negative effects.

If you business turnover is low, then having to accomodate VAT can be a problem, as legally you are providing a "service" and should be charging VAT which with many affiliate networks and earning methods you can not do.

Best way here if you are in the second scenario is just start up a new LTD and use the 60k turnover buffer before you have to reg for VAT, as your turnover will be mainly pure profit, you'll have 60k income before you hit any VAT worries.
