So I'm at work and a customer just came in and had me repair two Call Of Duty World at War for him. I went ahead and repaired them and he told me he had purchased them online for 8 dollars a game. He said he buys them online and gets them repaired and sells them online. This sounds like a great idea, but I can't seem to find anywhere that sells scratched up xbox 360 games.

Does anyone know any site that sells scratched 360 games, or broken consoles?

Checked ebay for discs, but no go...

Personally I would try craigslist :) find the top selling games and make a list then post ads saying the you will buy the games of the list even if they are broken.

Yeah that could work, I was hoping there was some kind of damaged warehouse selling scratched up games so I could just get a constant stream of them. Guess I'll keep looking around. Thanks

You can get pro. disc resurfacing machine on eBay for under $200. Def. could make that back if you lived somewhere that doesn't offer it.

Umm.. In my town there is a little store that you can sell your new/used games to and you can also buy them from there really cheap for like $5 a game depending on how bad it is and such.

But thats not a bad idea at all.. you could even setup a website that you have your listings shown up on there using one of those ebay plugins...

Man my brain is starting to work a lot better for this kinda stuff. :D

mmmmmmmmmm is there market for people wanting their scratched disc's fixed?

I am a manager at a store called Gamerdoc. It competes with Gamestop and we repair discs there and I can repair my own discs for free. I figured if I could find a place online that sold scratched discs for cheap that I could just fix them and sell them on amazon for a good profit. I can't really do local business, I would be taking money from the place that is keeping me employed right now (besides they're competing with Gamestop and I don't like that place very much) by taking their customers.

Edit: We have a machine that cost a good amount of money that repairs the disc. It sands down the disc to the deepest scratch and then buffs the disc out with 2 different compounds.
