Just got SCAM!

Someone in the moderator need to ban this guy.. @wick-ed he lied about selling me 300 aged accs for $50 and right after when i sent him the payment through Paypal as gift he suddently ignore me and logout on Skype. Do anyone know if i contact Paypal or my bank will they stop the transaction?..

He's not to be trusted. When I paid, he didn't respond at all, went offline; never heard anything of him.
I did a paypal request to get my money back, but I still have nothing... What can I do?

you can make a dispute on paypal only if you paid as "goods and service". if you paid as "family and friends" it's impossible to refund
