I just got fired and I am hopeless. I don't have any money to support myself because I am studying tourism too. My parents don't have money and I have a lot of bills to pay. I don't really know what to do.. I live in a small town and the job opportunities are rare. I don't make any money from IM and don't have the funds to invest.. Maybe I'll buy Massplanner , grow some accounts and sell them to pay my bills.. I don't really know...
Sorry for the post I just wanted to tell someone (I am 19 btw)

May I ask why did you got fired and what was your position?
 
IM takes aot of time brother. I suggest you keep looking for a job and try to land one.
 
Well you are still young, which means plenty of oppotunities. You gotta get a goal though and pursue that.

I dont want to judge you in any way but your profile pic lets me put you in a group of many young people I know that just dont care about their life, (smoke weed everyday...), I hope you get me.

Just set yourself a goal, get out of your slump and you will get somewhere :)
 
I am a girl ha-ha and I dont smoke weed ( have tried but it's not for me ).. I was just growigrowing a weed ig account and didn't what photo to put as avatar so I put that..
I will try my best to find a job here but as I said its a small town with not a lot of work.. :/
 
If you're comfortable with it, PM me your resume, or build one and send it to me, and I will beef it up for you, no charge. I've done this for other members to a high level of success. Then hit the job boards and get yourself another job. Your first instinct after getting fired should not be "maybe I'll buy something (Massplanner)".
 
Keep your head up man, everything happens for a reason. This is just a new door opening in your life and another slamming shut behind you. I know it may be awkward to get hit with that door closing so suddenly, but I guarantee that in a year, you'll look back and see the bigger picture - and that's what it's all about. The collective experience. So seriously - just think about this: I CAN and I WILL.
 
See it as a oppertunity, all the boats are burned. It is up to you to make it! I wish you good luck brother.

I've actually gone that way, and it's not easy money
You have to invest a lot of time and money and you will not see any results before 3-4 months and none if you fail
 
If you some skills/services to offer, then the fastest way to earn money is probably freelance.
 
This is how you solve your problems:
  • Sell your stuff to a pawn shop until you can afford to pay your bills.
  • Get another job. There are always opportunities available. It's only the most obvious ones that are taken.
  • Ignore IM for now. You aren't in a position to be growing instagram accounts. That won't make you money in time to pay the bills. Focus on that once you have a fallback.
 
IM takes a lot if time. If you are good at English start writing articles. There is ahuge demand and people are buying in bulk

Even if you aren't native speaker you can sell articles for pbns.. This should pay ur bills and give you cash to start investing in other methods
 
Your time is so precious, make sure to use it wisely. Maybe leaving behind the shitty job you had is a most fortunate event that will help you to carve a new succesfull path in life. You never know your inner strength until you need it, I'm very confident in you. Don't get desperate fast, start a project, any project. Good luck !

Where are you from, though? Depending on where live there might be stuff like Student finance which you can apply for.

@Timatan Some of us "young people who don't care about our life - smoking weed" are doing just fine as senior level engineers with a masters making a comfortable 200K+

That being said, @nasia1301 , while he was talking about an icon, he has a valid point the personal representation is everything in going farther personally and financially. A ton of people miss the point by rebeling and looking "trashy" in their teens. Just remember if you want to play the game and move forward then you have to realize until you have made it, how you present yourself very well does matter. rebel and lose or play and succeed
