appreciate the advice....but i was putting in 72 hrs a week at a machine shop breathing in metal dust, busting my knuckles, and not seeing my family for days at a time. I'm no slacker!!

what kind of place did you work for? i am required to have mine at work and its a car dealership.

you have too many of everything but no action plan. Ericson is right. You should concentrate on 1 first before you move on to the next.
