Hey guys most of you don't know me yet as I just made an account recently. Well today I just got fired from my job. I had only been working there for a little over a year, no writeups or problems. This weekend I was supposed to work saturday, but there was a miscommunication error with my boss and I didn't know I had to so I got fired for a no call no show. This sucks it is my only income right now. I currently have one week left in school and then I will go looking for a new job.

I have been reading alot and doing alot of research on making money online. I feel pretty confident I can do it, however I just haven't put the time in yet. I literally bought 2 amazon EDM's today from another BHW member. I will be working on getting both those sites up within the week.

    But my question is:
Do you guys have any tips that I can accelerate my money generated? I know I will need another job, but it would be nice if I could gain some money while I search for my job.

Thanks for any input and screw day jobs!

sorry about the job loss! The best advice I can be found in this forum, check out the making money part of the forum and search through and find something that you think you would be good at.

    Good luck man!! :D

If money's your motive - Make finding a new job the first to do on your priority list. While working further your knowledge in IM. Making money online is WAYY much easier when you already have $$ coming in and you're not in a needy situation. With what you learn you'll be able to tackle projects quicker by making your money work for you.

Thanks for your input so far guys.

Money is the main thing I need, but I live at home still so im not paying for rent, I just need spending money for food/gas so its not the end of the world if I dont get a job right away. I want to at least finish my semester at school before I start looking.

    Focus is the only key.

Pick one thing. One method. One technique. ONE. And then put your whole effort into it.

If you're a complete newbie, find a part-time job first, and do internet marketing in your spare time.

Been fired many many times, I'm not cut-out for a regular job so I know how it is heh. Best I can say though, as much as you hate it get a regular job and work hard at IM on the side until you build up. I bought into the quick money of IM but it's not so easy. It's possible to go full-time IM obviously but for most it takes some time to master. You can even try and find a job that has a lot of down-time to work on IM that's what I did and it helped. Do you get unemployment? You can live off that for a little while if you don't need much money and learn and focus on IM.

You can't depend only on MNS initially unless you want to learn something. Provide service in forums and freelancing sites then you have money to spend on MNS, authority sites and affiliate marketing.

go on facebook and search for things like "spam" "scam" and look for post by people who say stuff like "ignore that link i posted, i got spammed" or "that link i posted is a scam"

Then look at the sites that they are talking about, look at what others are doing and try to put a twist into their method and make some bank :)

Mediocre thoughts bring mediocre actions. Quit playing around and make getting a good job a priority. Make getting out of your parent's house a priority. Make being punctual a priority. Make improving your communication skills so you can understand your work schedule a priority. If you don't have time to get a job and keep one while school is in session then you don't have time to do IM.

Life isn't about doing what is convenient and what feels good. It's about being responsible, paying your own way, being reliable to your job, school, friends and yourself.

I've been paying my own way since I was 17 years old. I put myself through trade school, paid my student loans on time and once I earned more than $70,000 a year (back in 1984) I went back to school to get my Bachleor's degree all while working my 40 hr job. I'm not bragging I'm saying you're selling yourself short or you're just frickin lazy. While your excuses might work with Mom and Pop, us adults live in the real world and unless you're taking more than 16 credits a semester you got all kinds of time to work and support yourself. I carried 12-16 credits a semester while supporting a family of 4 working 40 hr weeks at a real job.

Man up and start paying your own way. Quit making excuses and saying you don't need money except to pay around. You're a grown man that should be supporting yourself or at the very least paying the parents for your rent and food you eat.

Sorry but I hate lazy people that use school as an excuse to mooch off Mom and Dad and delay growing up. No sympathy here and no shortcuts to easy money. You haven't earned it.

Getting fired for not showing up to work - my goodness. I've fired a lot of employees with excuses like yours. An undependable employee is WORST than no employee. If you're short an employee you cover the job with other laborers or yourself. With an undependable employee you can't plan and as an employer I fire jackoffs like this the first time they don't show up to just cut my losses. If they get away with it once it becomes a routine. I'd rather not have them on the payroll than emergency calling unscheduled people or hiring myself to cover their ass. Just the other side of the coin in case you think your boss was to hard on you.

Hate to say it man but you won't have a fulltime income from IM in like 2 weeks. You need at least a year I reckon.

Stay away from D-bag employers like this guy. "I fire jackoffs like this the first time they don't show up to just cut my losses". Just from this guys post he sounds like an old school miserable power tripping idiot and the reason I can't stand a lot of bosses. They're are some good bosses out there that respect you if you work hard and are more flexible, I'm working for a great one right now while building my own business. I work my ass off for the guy and get him good results and he's flexible and let's me take a good amount of time off if I need it. You're young, don't stress but work hard at what you want. I do agree that you won't get anywhere being lazy and making excuses though. I would say provide services on freelance sites, writing articles doing other IM stuff. The micro niche sites take months to get going. Or you can go the facebook route or others that get more immediate results, but stay away from MNS if you need instant money. Good luck man.

im carrying 21 units and had a job I made one mistake to get fired. Im saying im not gonna get a job for a week and a half, I can live. I can tell your parents made you do everything on your own so we have totally different views. People like you say the same thing everytime that we are lazy cause we live at home. I am just fortunate to have parents that can support me, I am not taking advantage i am just staying here till the end of college like their parents did for them. And I hate when people mention all the good things they did and how hard they worked to put someone down. I will be fine my whole life without having to go through what you did, I was just trying to see if I could get like an accelerated course while I had some time off work.

Sorry to hear about getting laid off but I have to admit like some others mention, be sure to work on your communication because even in IM you have to be able to communicate efficiently for your target to get the message whether you are selling them something, enticing them to click, or running PPC. My suggestion is search the forum for "methods" and go to the downloads section to find some things that will give you details on methods as well. Good luck

You actually need motivation to make money online. A SHITLOAD of motivation. Because you will fail your first time, and second time, third...... You don't sound like the right person for IM.

Well, I don't know. I don't really think IM is 'difficult', its more tricky. Thats the best way I could explain it. Tricky.

Sorry to hear about your boss's ill decision to fire you over something that seems petty.
I think you should try IM but do it because you like it and then the money will come.
