Just Got Blacklisted For Creating 50 FB Profiles.... Any Help Avoiding This???

Hey guys. I'm new around here. Forgive me, if I'm asking stupid questions.

I recently made about 50 FB profiles and phone verified every one. Then, FB blacklisted almost all of them (though not all). After researching a bit, I see that my mistake was making them all from the same IP address.

So, how do I create FB accounts? Can anybody give me a step by step guide? Also, if I have to use proxy servers, can somebody tell me where to go to get some? I hear that some are better for some purposes, and other proxies are better for other purposes. And do I have to have proxies located in the same cities where my accounts are based? I'm planning on having 1-5 accounts in each metro area (about 275 cities).

Finally, I see that you can get phone verified FB accounts from other users? Is this a waste of time, or are they legit? And if I get them, how do I avoid getting them banned once I start using them myself? I assume the answer is to use proxy servers again.

avoid this by not making 50 accounts on one ip address
and yes, you can buy PVAs and not waste any time making accounts

Seriously , how hard is it to understand that you need to use proxies/vpn/hide your as* while spamming ?

It is not rocket science and will help you at multiple places with your *hat ventures.

Do you use all 3 of the above tools, or just any one of the 3? (sorry, I'm a little fuzzy on the relationship between proxies and VPN. It is my understanding that you either use one or the other)
