But what are the best ways to take advantage of it?

I can only think of three things:

1) whoring out links on twitter and places
2) cookie stuffing
3) minisites galore


what else can i do with this thing? :\

google for CS+epn and you will find alot of information or just hang around the forum to get 50 posts

it's always a good idea to start with some minisites and move some 'legit' traffic through your accounts before going to darker methods of earning...good way to prolong the lifetime of said accounts.
