Unfortuanately we are no longer accepting new orders. To explain why we will reveal how we obtain these numbers. Basically we buy sim cards from AirVoice and H2O Wireless in bulk and we activate them online then use prepaid phones to setup call forwarding these numbers. Both AirVoice and H2O Wireless would offer 25-50 bonus minutes upon activation and we were all taking advantage of this. The phone companies were losing a ton of money because were not refilling these prepaid sim cards and just taking advantage of their bonus minutes. Eventually when this method got too popular (At least 40,000+ activated per month between all us sellers) the phone companies got tired of losing soo much money that they disabled all the numbers activated without a refill card and now they no longer give promo minutes with new activations. Thus all us number sellers are essentially dead in the water.
Unfortunately I am unable to issue refunds or replace these numbers at this time. Our bank accounts have been frozen due to numerous complaints from customers whom numbers were affected these past few days.
We are working on finding a long term solution to this. Instead of finding another cell company that we can take advantage of their promo minutes were looking to do it the legitimate way this time. We have a few solutions already however the pricing is $8+ per number which we know nobody wants to pay so were still looking for a cheaper solution at this time.
We have no ETA on when we will have new phone numbers or when we will be able to issue refunds. Please understand we are trying to get this resolved ASAP. Ticket response times will be delayed as were getting bombarded with tickets. We also will not be on Skype for awhile so we can focus on a solution and not explaining ourself 500 times over and over again.
This is not the end to fowarded numbers, maybe we will find a solution as early as next week or it might take a few months to find a solution just understand we not not just given up and closed shop, but for now were not accepting any orders and are unable to issue any refunds.
Please be VERY carefull buying from others as if they still accept sales their just going to steal your money, there are NO other sellers except those still using AirVoice and H2O which are 100% useless junk right now.
