Just getting started with Mass Planner - a few questions...

Hey guys, I've been lurking on here for a little while but have decided to get fully involved with automating my Instagram accounts (both posting and follow/liking, possibly commenting in the future).

Auto posting to Instagram is going great via Mass Planner running on an EC2 VPS, I have around 3000 quality images collected for my niche, removed exif data, resized, changed the filenames to unique captions with emoji's (in batches) and bulk uploaded them to auto post out with the caption as filename. Perfect. Mass Planner is ideal for this!

Now it's come to following and liking, I have used Instagress in the past but obviously the settings in regards to speed are far simpler (Slow, Medium, Fast). I haven't been able to find much in the way of reference settings for Mass Planner though. Right now my settings are based off JustChillin's Mass Planner tutorial - but I have doubled the 'minutes before each new operation' to be on the safe side for now. Incredible tutorial by the way - well played JustChillin.

Anyway.. I do have a couple of questions if anyone with a bit of experience doesn't mind helping out:

1. Are the settings in the tutorial suitable for a fairly new account (~1 week old 67 followers/ 280 followings right now)?
1a. Any recommendations on settings or links to some fairly solid recent settings people have been using to get me started?
2. What's the best method to tweak (raise) settings without getting banned?
2a. How do you guys know you've received a temp ban when it's almost entirely bots running an account?

I've seen a few reports of people getting phone verifications and bans today on BHW hence this thread really, would rather not lose this account (I enjoy the username) so being very cautious! Thanks for any help in advance

I'd probably first change the minutes before each operation before going higher with the numbers to see if it's working good. if it is, I'd slowly increasing the numbers. Delays which are too long aren't better than faster delays.

I'm slowly tweaking the numbers but am sticking to warming up this account slowly for the time being, following max of 300 and liking a max of 500 a day. What sort of settings is everybody else here playing with on MP?

Not sure if I'm being over cautious here or justified with these settings on such a new account. I'm getting well over 100 followbacks a day though which is more than Instagress seemed to be giving me on my other fresh account.

Anyone got any tips on warming up accounts and reducing ban risk to a minimum without staying slow forever?

I started by following, liking and unfollowing 9X a day for two weeks with a new account in MP. I'll slowly increase over time, I might be a bit too safe tho.

1. No I think you should always change standard settings. They're safe guidelines, but far from optimal.
1a. My accounts is 2 weeks old now, and I purchased Massplanner around the same time. My settings:
Follow operation every 50-60 min, 2-25 people (bit random), max 250 people a day. From 6am to 11:59pm. [x] profile image [x] user posted within last 2 days [x] no private users

Follow Back: Every 240 to 360 minutes between 1 and 15. (This is completely random, I haven't put any thought in this lol)

Unfollow: After minimum 2 days after following, wait between 60-90 minutes between operation, unfollow between 15-20 people. Unlimited number per day Between 6am and 11:59pm.

Like: Wait between 45-90 minutes between operation. Like between 10-20 posts, 300 max a day. 6am to 11:59. No older than 2 days, between 100 and 5000000 likes already.

All are running 7 days a week.

2. AFAIK there's no guideline. Just compare some settings of some members, and try to be a bit conservative. Banhammer is applied differently for each account.
2a. Haven't received a tempban yet. Except specifically on unfollowing people. Can't unfollow for 24 hours, but not sure how many I unfollowed to get this temp ban, and too lazy to look it up. Think it's about 100 though.

I've been slowly:
Following a maximum of 300 per day
Liking a maximum of 500

Using JustChillin's MP guide settings with larger delays between operations to give consistently around 300 follows and 500 likes a day.

So far so good. No Temp bans I believe - how would I be notified of this if I was though, I rarely log into the app?

Ticked nicely over 1000 followers in the past couple of days with around 2400 follows - followback ratio of ~45% with a consistent 100+ likes on photos too. Pretty happy with progress!

I have now just began unfollowing. I've seen some people recommend following up to 7500 before unfollowing but surely that's a put off for followbacks?

I'm unfollowing at maximum 250 a day now. Plan is to unfollow down to 0 and then follow again with slightly higher settings (lower delays increasing the daily follows and likes by ~50). Then just repeat this process on a weekly process!

I'm in no real rush so I feel like this is nice, slow and safe approach. Saying that I may start another account with more aggressive settings to see what can be got away with under the current Instagram banhammer! My only worry with this is that if/when an account gets banned on my VPS the IP will be flagged and potentially compromise my other account - is this something to be worried about?
