This has been discussed before. It's an interesting approach and clever, but despicable nonetheless.
So you're interested in negative SEOing your competition? That's pretty weak - you should be focused on improving your own sites instead of tearing others down. There's blackhat and then there's garbage. Neg SEO falls in the latter category.
