Be super careful, tons of scammers who then open a PayPal dispute once they receive the BTC.
Have them wire the money Western Union for the Bitcoin.
 
Thanks for the info guys, should I just keep it in Blockchain? It's safe now I went through and added my new details to everything... Used some of it to help out around me and have cash to pay bills and get something proper funded.
