Probably they don't. Maybe you should try other cloakers in the market.

In April 2020, FB sued LeadCloak (about some ads related to ads around COVID-19) (Google that news) and since then FB option is not available even in JCI. Use the other options as mentioned by @thecryptocoders , before that contact JCI support incase they have any backend solution.
