Just bought YTA

Hello Guys

I have a question, i have paid for the software yesterday but i never got an email with download link + instructions .... has this happened to everyone ?
A few hours after opening a ticket i got an email back from them stating that i should download it from the site nothing else just plain as that, so i have done it but now when i'm trying to install it in my computer is asking me for a serial number ? I have sent another email but i didn't got any response yet ?

I can understand that it's weekend and the owner is quite busy but i find this a bit unproffesional from their end, huge lack of info and instructions after you buy the software, i think the owner should look a bit more on that !

I mean not compalining but i find it a little bit odd really ...

I recieved my serial in less than 15 mins.

actually i have watched that video already.
The problem is that i haven't got my serial number yet ?

I have sent them a ticket 2 already since yesterday ...
still waiting.

Thanks, yes i have recieved the email from paypal inmediately but there's no serial number on it ?
