I come from the domaining side of the universe, and while I can't afford to read this entire thread and all the arguments, I can tell you that domainers have learned to stop buying trademark/copyright infringing names. Pretty much anything tied to a corporation sucks. Corps love to chase squatters out of their homes. I have received 5 C&D's over the past year and most of them were fairly unreasonable, but I dealt with them properly and haven't paid anything. That being said, it wasn't worth the hassle.
One genuinely intelligent piece of advice I can give you is don't associate your traffic with your CB affiliate link. If they do happen to find you, they'll immediately kill your payments as it is strictly against TOS (read your tos and you will see it is part of the agreement you clicked and agreed to), and they can even force you to surrender payments already made to you and ban you from their affiliate partners if they wanted to take it to the extreme.
Sometimes you can get away with squatting, sometimes you can't. However, lawsuits have becomes excessive and more frequent in my experience and it's at the very least, supremely annoying. The domain you registered was already registered by an Enom user last year and they let it drop. It probably doesn't get a drip of traffic. It also appears to have been registered for a year between 2005-2006 with the same outcome.
I even know one guy who registered a .org with the trademarked name of a french historical society, who got a C&D within 2 days of registration. Being in the US you would think "well, I can get away with this", but is it even worth it for $8? To the corporate clowns, harassing you with lawyers is free since they have 20 on staff. Avoid nuisance at all costs.
Remember most of all that Blackhatting is legal, untraceable, and often even ethical and within the bounds of decency if done properly. Trademarks are a corporation's legal right to protect its name at all costs in many countries throughout the world, and they do it without hesitation.
