So I have four sites that have a PR of 0 but the have between 40 to 60 da/pa. Knowing that info how do I incorporate the pr6 sites?

It's possible your 4 sites will drop in domain and page authority. Do these sites have any real solid backlinks? If you want to keep the domain and page authority high, I highly suggest you focus on edu and gov link building, this is what I do for my clients. Feel free to PM me for more info.

You realize your PR6 domains might have a PR1 or PR0 right now, don't you? It's been said way too many times here that PageRank is an outdated metric and not realiable anymore. What you did there is called gambling and chances are you will lose. Very unwise move.

PR can no longer be a metric to rely upon, not because it is of no value but because you may not know the real value due to lack of updates.

no i didnt know that at all. I am not solid at seo. I have read a bunch over the last six months to a year, but am still a novice to put it nicely. thanks for the input

I bought the pr6's off of godaddy auctions for a total of $53 so if i muffed it on this round...not a big deal. So i should be looking for the DA and PA or the moz ranking or what. what is most valuable to have/know about when buying the url?

Normally when you buy domains for PBN, you need to look at couple different things. This is mine personally:
1. Moz DA above 20 and PA above 30.
2. Majestic Trust Flow (TF) above 15 and TF divided by Citation Flow (CF) should be 0.7 and above.
3. Check the anchor text profiles in ahrefs (or in Majestic is fine) and make sure they are not in adult/pharma/gambling or something like "buy LV bags", "cheap LV bags", etc
4. Make sure the backlinks are not spammed (eg, 50k backlinks from 10 related domains)
5. Check in archive.org, to make sure the site used to be a legit site (meaning from real company or real blog)
6. If you can have all the above plus the domain has PR above 1, that's even better. I know PR is not important anymore but at least it shows that Google used to trust this site before.

you keep trolling these posts to find posts that look like other posts to then post to show other people you are that important to post. Dont worry you will get laid some day
You know kids under 13 aren't allowed to register on public forums, right? Does your dad know you're here?

if i had to guess you voted for obama, have issues with snipers and love michael moore. just a guess

I doubt the 2 pr6 domains would be of any value, have you checked them against other metrics?

Yeah after one of the posts here i went and researched the site instead of just looking at the numbers that godaddy had and the sites were garbage. So i am actually bidding on a pr6 with a 60 DA and a 70PA. I am pretty sure it is solid. but i am not SEO/tech inclined so when i am checking back links i am not100% sure what i am doing

First check the domains backlink profile using ahrefs or similar tool. If the backlink profile looks fine then setup a blog to sites, write few articles and put contextual links to your PR0 money sites.

It's funny no one asked how he registered these newly acquired domains. If he bought them all from the same Godaddy Account and starting playing with registration info -- chances are he is leaving a nice registration history footprint. Google is a registrar folks. Been there... done that -- uuugghh.
