So I have four sites that have a PR of 0 but the have between 40 to 60 da/pa. Knowing that info how do I incorporate the pr6 sites?
just bought two pr6 domains...now what?

Create legit websites on both PR6 domains. Use private registration and keep them in separate servers. Wait a few months.
Create a single post on each linking to your money site.

what about recreating posts the have strong backlinks referring to wayback?

You could either re create the sites by using the https://archive.org/web/ to copy / paste from there to a WordPress installation or you could build a new site, wait until they get indexed and link to your money site. If you don't have any money site yet. The I would rebuild the site and monetize.

I hope you did your research well. That includes the backlink profile of the domains, the anchor text diversity of the domains, what sites the backlinks are coming from. Also i hope you checked when the backlinks were created .. i hope it is not just a GSA blast before some months back.
Better host them on different servers and at least put some content on them or start a blog and start building backlinks. And may be after than you get some idea what do do next !
