Just bought two domain names need opinions

This is my first post.I have recently bought two new .xxx domain names and was hoping someone or some people here could give me some advice on how much they could be worth... The first domain gets a huge amount of exact keyword searches on google keyword planner over 7million per month and the second gets about 310k exact searches per month and it is an awesome niche for the porn industry. What do you think these could be worth? I would appreciate any insight.

I think you need to clarify your question, that's what I think because it is not clearly understood.
 
A domain is worth just the registration fee unless you find some interested buyer. Also, we can't give you any insights without knowing anything about the domain.You'd get better opinions and proposals on GFY forum though.
 
Whatever the domains are worth at the moment you can improve on by creating the site, developing it and making it into a fully functioning site.

Get some ranking going on, monetize it and then think about flipping it.

There is the sequel but I won't post it cause it was via PMs, I don't know if it is allowed to share PM convo here
In a nutshell, he made a mistake, he never heard of GFY.com and he reversed the infraction

Hey, well at least he admitted his mistake and reversed it.

I would have banned you under the "talking about other forums clause"
