I looked up the keywords "miami nightlife" and they are low competition with 2400 exact local matches a month.
Do you guys think this domain could make some good money? If so how much and what would be the best way to monetize this site? Thanks guys!

Maybe give an insight into the nightlife in Miami, go see bar/nightclub owners to ask them if they're interested in advertising on the site.

Or get special deal with them and offer vouchers/coupons at your site so they get money off drinks or club passes etc and they will give you a cut.

List is endless to be honest could note a few more down for you

If you live in Miami you could find the most popular club or bar or whatever and advertise it then the club would pay you. You could also make it into a tourist help page where clubs pay you to review their sites and you upload videos of them, etc and feature special discounts to your visitors. Just an idea.

Once you get the site on the front page you can easily rent out the space on the site to miami clubs and bars. You'll need to call them up and talk with the owner of course. I would guess you could get around $500 per month from a club that doesn't have very much online exposure and is wanting more business.

Do clubbing and lounge reviews and rank it. After that you can sell advertising space to the local clubs. You can make some good money if the site is first.

Yes, indeed very targetted traffic. Will need to contact nightclub owners as soon as you got on 1 page.
