I will be using it in an old account 1year + should I only run a process at a time? for example: following only, liking only, etc

It's up to you really but whatever you do, don't start by following 750 a day, start with 50-100 and build it up each day! same with liking, but if you need any help with setting up the bot search about it on here, there's loads about it! or you should of received an email to setup your account for the massplanner forums

If you are new to Massplanner, I suggest running one process at a time for about 5 days. It will get you into the ebb and flow of the software and as you do each task you learn a little each day about how much more you can get away with safely.
