Also, it only has 1300 GLOBAL exact searches.

You have to do more research, I do not now that niche in particular but you should get Market Samurai, it will really help you determine your market competition, revenue model etc.

You can turn it into a treasure if you really work hard. Domain name is nothing (for 95% of cases), what matters are your efforts and stability.
