According to Facebook there are 24,320 people on facebook who live in Monaco, a place where people earn a massive amount: bit y/jyrtT7 and where people love to gamble (my great aunt whose now 94 loved to go there): wikipedia org/wiki/Monaco#Economy

Facebooks suggested bid price for each click from each of these people is between 22 cents and 34 cents, so the actual cost per click may be 10 cents.

What im suggesting is that you can set up a simple ad on Facebook directing the 24,000 people in Monaco to a gambling site.

Just laying this idea out there because it would seem a complete waste to just forget the idea. I have not tried this myself because I must focus on what I am doing.

you forget one key, the people there are rich and won't go some cheap website, they want a real casino
 
That's like getting people who live in Vegas to sign up to a poker website.

1) They're already signed up to the big poker/casino websites anyway this isn't 2001
2) Why would you play online when you live within 5 miles of some of the best casinos in the world?
3) I don't want to discourage forward thinking, but this really really won't achieve anything.

Here is a twist to the idea.

Get them on a great site with the hotest casinos around the world and of course from Monaco especially. Ad adsense, ads from traveling agencies and even dating sites on the bottom.
This is better for someone that already has a big site for this subject: hotest casinos, gambling, etc.

So instead of trying to convert them online, get them traveling and trying new places. If you can make a group out of them first online(make a special section/forum/page for them), you can back in hard if you get them offline.

Ah yes thats what this idea needed. And thanks for the other two for pointing out my OP's clear flaws, i didnt have much time and figured there must be someway to make money out of it, so i just rushed the idea out there to see what yall could do with it.
 
I would offer cruise packages or something.

Facebook probably wouldn't let you run gambling ads anyway

Yes that's right. They have a pretty strict ad policy.
But the way you think is good @OP. I actually think there is a lot of money to be made with FB Ads if done right.
