I think there is good and bad things in every country, France is my native country, and I love many things (e.g. culture, gastronomy) and I hate many things (e.g. politics, europe).hello
I personally like n8n for no-code and self-hosted, but most of the time, I use nothing else than code (javascript), it really depends on the project.
Probably the anti-scraping securities of several websites, that requires some time to understand how it works and bypass it, I try everything I can do until it works, but it's very rare, 99.9% of the time, scraping any website seems pretty easy to me.

Baguette, croissant, all the traditional food is good here, and I have the luck to live in an area where there is many local productions, so I can eat healthy.
Actually, I don't work on anything that needs automation, but by the past I made many small tools for my needs, including things that you can find in several smm panels for example (accounts creation, mass dm, follow/unfollow when it was a thing, automatic publications, etc...).
