Does a Big G employee can also make a website? and also can he/she make that website rank fast on first page? is that possible?

yes google employees automatically get 1st position ranking on all their websites. its a job perk, in the contract.
 
Google has over 20.000 employees. How many of the do you think are on the search results core team? :p
 
well that was a good news. is it true that they are able to rank their website that fast?
 
im sure if any employees were found manipulating the serps they would lose their job
 
that is sad.. well in that case, i have known a person that works for google.. hehehe :D
 
They aren't gonna manipulate rankings, or atleast bottom level employees aren't gonna risk it. Who knows what goes on at the top.
 
They must have smth in their contracts about this. But maybe they can share some knowledge on how they rank sites in detail. Try that.
 
Well I think the minority of googles employees work on their search algorithm so even if you know someone there I do not believe he will or can help you to rank in any way
 
they wont bother to make sites and monetize them,big g pays them well
