One of the things I get asked when building a website for a business owner is how will I know if the website will bring in more business. Clients tend not to tell you. I found offering a promo code pretty handy. Say client X has a gym. As a promo code for example 123water gets you a free bottle of water at the gym. Drop a case of water off at the gym and say this is for the promo code on the website. It's something that you can track and build a spreadsheet on. I'm sure this has been discussed before. I've had potential clients that didn't believe in the technology side of things turn into a business arrangement. So I ask you would you like to take the water test? There like huh? Anyways just a thought.
